Mission
The mission of the Patient Leadership Committee (PLC) is to improve communications and services between patients and caregivers in improving the renal care experiences, and to represent and advocate the patient’s point of view within the Network.

Goal
The overall goal of the Patient Leadership Committee is to strive to assist patients in receiving the highest quality care every time.

Values
The Patient Leadership Committee values every ESRD patient’s life and their ability to lead an optimum lifestyle.
